Who We Are

Neil Colvin

Founder & CEO

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. After exploring the world through the Air Force, I had several careers.  I left an abusive relationship and finally found my calling when I started a family and this company to help others and I haven’t looked back. We provide a comprehensive set of services to help with your anxiety, depression, trauma and offer support as you navigate your personal health and wellness challenges. We work with children and parents closely in order to achieve measurable results that allow them to push forward with a new, positive mindset. Please browse our services and get in touch if you’re interested in working with us.

Kirah Triplett

My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around self-worth.  My approach in therapy starts with gaining more information about what is bringing you to counseling and what changes you would like to see happen.  Anxiety, depression and trauma are often intertwined so I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about creating and finding resources for those in need, and am interested in participating in group therapy, one on one sessions, and family therapy. Together we will work collaboratively to challenge unhelpful, difficult thought patterns that we all have experienced.  Your needs are important and I believe that it is my role to allow you to feel what you are feeling, be present with you, and protect what you need in each moment. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request!

Taylor Locascio

Taylor enjoys helping out in the community whether it is fundraising for a good cause or volunteering in the community, she is always willing to lend a helping hand.  She is an OSU graduate and maintained an impressive 3.9 GPA. She is continuing to strive for improvement and is studying for her license exam.  In the meantime, she provides therapy for children with some of the most challenging issues.  She has expertise in trauma, anxiety, depression, stress and women’s issues. Her work will be collaborative and transparent with a strength based and trauma-informed approach.  In her work together you can expect a warm and empathetic approach with a focus on wellness.  It is her philosophy that therapy and life are journeys, you determine where you want to go and how you get there. It is her job as a therapist to be your guide.  You are not broken, you are just figuring out how to be whole.

Sara Burkhardt

Sara is an OSU honors grad: Cum Laude. When Sara doesn't have her hands full taking care of her family, she's running group therapy sessions.  She's worked with foster care and has seen it all.  Sara is licensed and works with both children and their parents.  She has expertise in the areas of trauma, and eating disorders, as well as anxiety and depression. As a therapist, she likes to focus less on the label and more on how your symptoms are affecting you and what you’d like to be different.  She believes that therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and the therapist, and she will provide a safe and supportive environment to feel, share and grow.
